1. Work Agreement - Pre-Paid 90 days/3-months Services: Average $40 per hour*Note 2
All services are Pre-Paid.
No carry-over. Hours purchased must be used within the contracted 30 days/month
You may use the pre-paid hours within the month for your business Admin needs.
Example: You may use the 10 hours pre-paid package all in 1 week or 2 hours every week in the month.
Pre-Paid Package 3: 10 hours week/month = $ 399
Pre-Paid Package 2: 20 hours week/month = 900
Pre-Paid Package 1: 32 hours week/month = 1,500
2. Limited Services Pre-Paid Special: Flat rate: $99. Fri–Sun Only! Short, One Time Projects
ALL project info/material (content, authorized use logos, etc.)
must be submitted at time-of-service request, signed contract and $99 payment -
by the preceding Wednesday, 12 noon to meet week end deadline.
All services are Pre-Paid.
No carry-over. Completed project will be submitted to client on Sunday - ending the project.

The service contract has a section to write out your one time project request or
it can be emailed directly to me.
Examples: Create presentations (5 pg max: 1 title, 3 slide content, 1 closer);
Design brochures & flyers (2 pg max);

3. Project Coordination Pre-Paid 90 days/3 months Services: Average $50 per hour
Assist Project Manager as the: Point of contact for coordinating and communicating between internal teams and
external resources; Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with internal staff and external clients;
Collect relevant info for the project & more.
All services are Pre-Paid.
No carry-over. Hours purchased must be used within the contracted 30 days/month
You must use the pre-paid hours within the month for your business Administrative needs.
NOTE: You may use the 10 hours pre-paid package all in 1 week or X hours every week in the month.

1. What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by the Secretary of the State applied.
As a notary, I serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to
the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts.
Notaries are publicly commissioned as “ministerial” officials, meaning that they are expected to follow written rules
without the exercise of significant personal discretion, as would otherwise be the case with a “judicial” official.
2. What does a Notary Public do?
A Notary's duty is to…
** Witness the signers of important documents for their true identity,
** Confirm their ability to sign documents without duress or intimidation,
and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.
** Some notarizations also require the Notary to put the signer under an oath, declaring
under penalty of perjury that the information contained in a document is true and correct.
3. A Notary Public is NOT an Attorney
In the United States of America, a Notary Public is not an attorney, judge or high-ranking official.
A U.S. Notary is not the same as a Notario Publico. A notary public is not an attorney.
As official representatives of the state, Notaries Public certify the proper execution of many of the
life-changing documents of private citizens — whether those diverse transactions convey real estate,
grant powers of attorney, establish a prenuptial agreement, or perform the multitude of other activities
that enable our civil society to function.
